Stuart Maue is proud to announce and welcome Lawrence Kwasny as Stuart Maue’s new vice president & director of business development. Mr. Kwasny will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving new business development efforts at Stuart Maue. Mr. Kwasny will be located at Stuart Maue’s new East Coast office.

Mr. Kwasny joins Stuart Maue from his latest role as a director at Computer Sciences Corporation. He is a retired executive who served as an effectual leader and entrepreneur with a proven ability to assist organizations in controlling legal expense. Additionally, he was one of the founders of Legalgard, Inc., a legal cost containment company.

During his successful tenure at Legalgard, he filled numerous roles including serving on the board and heading up all internal operations that included managing the various audit units. After the sale of Legalgard to Policy Management Systems Corporation, Mr. Kwasny remained with the company to bolster sales and operations. He also developed various pricing models in order for products and services to be accepted by a highly competitive international marketplace.

Mr. Kwasny comes to Stuart Maue with a vast array of industry knowledge. He has participated in numerous industry events serving as a panelist in various roundtables and acted as a main stage speaker discussing litigation management at large events such as RIMS, ACE, Council for Litigation Management, and American Council of Bankruptcy Trustees.

Mr. Paul Larimore, Senior Legal Auditor for Stuart Maue, has been selected to speak at the 2012 Annual Conference of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). Mr. Larimore is slated to speak on the topic of Swimming with the Sharks or Scuttled on the Shoals? The Great Bill Debate.

Paul Larimore has 25 years of litigation-related experience, including 15 years in a successful insurance defense trial practice and extensive experience with both large and small insurers. Paul is a writer and lecturer on topics related to litigation management, and currently serves on the CLM Litigation Management Task Force. Areas of professional expertise include:

Paul brings to Stuart Maue 25 years of legal expertise, having been a partner in one of Missouri’s largest law firms in addition to extensive experience in the insurance industry. Paul is a periodic speaker and writer on topics related to litigation and legal expense management.

Paul is active in the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) and the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC). He earned his law degree from Saint Louis University and graduated with Honors in English from the University of Missouri.
