John F. Theil is the managing attorney of the bankruptcy group at Stuart Maue, which has been an active Fee Examiner for the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts since 1992. Mr. Theil, a former U.S. Marine, has over 12 years of bankruptcy and commercial litigation experience. He directs the company’s role as Fee Examiner or similar roles in complex Chapter 11 cases.
